Robert is the co-founder and sole practitioner of Anderson Law Office, LLC, a family-run business based out of Hays, Kansas. He has nearly a decade of experience serving the Sunflower State as both a private-practicing criminal defense attorney and prosecutor (Ellis County Attorney, 2021-2025). Robert is qualified to handle the highest level of court-appointed criminal defense matters under the Kansas Administrative Regulations. Robert is a trial attorney at heart and has vigorously advocated for his clients and the State of Kansas in the courtroom. He has been featured on CBS's 48 Hours, testified in front of the Kansas legislature, and holds a 9-3 criminal jury trial record (undefeated as a defense lawyer) and an undefeated bench trial record.
